Posted: 11th June 2026

Pupils from Years 1–6 enjoyed a fantastic day out at LEGOLAND, celebrating a wonderful year of learning, achievement, and fun.

Alongside exploring the park’s exciting rides and attractions, pupils also took part in a range of engaging educational workshops designed to bring learning to life. Workshops were specifically selected to enhance the learning of topics they have covered this year – using lego bricks! Years 1 and 2 enjoyed a hands-on workshop focused on animals and habitats, while Years 3 and 4 explored time travel through interactive activities, whilst Years 5 and 6 discovered the fascinating science of rollercoasters, developing their knowledge through creative and collaborative learning experiences.

From thrilling rides and impressive LEGO creations to inspiring educational sessions, the trip offered the perfect balance of fun and learning. It was a memorable day for all involved and a fitting way to celebrate another successful year at Hampton Court House.

Meanwhile, our Year 7 and 8 students enjoyed an exciting trip to Thorpe Park in recognition of their fantastic efforts and achievements throughout the school year.

With sunshine, laughter, and plenty of adrenaline-fuelled adventures, students made the most of some of the park’s most popular rides, including Stealth, The Swarm, Colossus, and Nemesis Inferno. Whether braving the biggest rollercoasters or enjoying time with friends around the park, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The trip was a wonderful way to celebrate a successful year, rewarding students for their hard work, positive attitude, and contributions to school life. Judging by the smiles on the journey home, a great time was had by all!
