Winter Market

Posted: 28th November 2025

Hampton Court House welcomed students, families, staff and the wider community for our Winter Market, a memorable start to the festive season! The celebrations began with a magical performance of The Polar Express by our Pre-Nursery to Year 6 pupils, whose drama, singing, and dancing delighted everyone. The children’s enthusiasm and creativity set the perfect festive tone for the evening.

As darkness fell, the Market came alive with a miniature steam train ride to Santa’s Ice House Grotto, festive face painting, creative workshops, and a giant snow globe for selfies. Staff and students led games and activities, keeping the evening full of energy and
excitement. Visitors also enjoyed seasonal treats, music from our choirs, and plenty of opportunities to make special memories with family and friends.

Parents enjoyed seasonal treats, including mulled wine, pizzas, crêpes, and an exhibition by our Artist in Residence, Selwyn Leamy, while the Junior and Chamber Choirs provided a joyful musical backdrop. Guests also had the chance to explore the festive stalls and take part in creative activities throughout the evening. The laughter and smiles shared by everyone truly captured the spirit of the season. Our thanks go to all staff and volunteers whose dedication made the event so special. Here’s to a festive season full of joy and celebration!

We also want to say a huge congratulations to Irina and Anthony, who were the sweet winners!
