On Tuesday morning, our Early Years children took to the field for a fun-filled Sports Day, delighting families with their enthusiasm, determination and teamwork.
The young athletes enjoyed a series of exciting events, including an egg and spoon race, a challenging obstacle course featuring hurdles, weaving through cones and navigating hoops, as well as a sprint, beanbag throw and long jump. Every child embraced the opportunity to showcase their developing skills, encouraging one another and celebrating each achievement along the way.
The morning concluded with a much-anticipated parent race, complete with a hilarious twist – a three-legged egg and spoon race! The children thoroughly enjoyed cheering on their parents, offering enthusiastic support from the sidelines as they raced to the finish.
A huge well done to all of our Early Years pupils for taking part with such confidence, resilience and smiles. It was a wonderful morning of sport, laughter and community spirit.
