A very special delivery arrived in Year 1 last week… 🐣
On Tuesday, the children welcomed a set of duckling eggs into the classroom, sparking instant excitement and curiosity. They carefully watched over them, counting down the moments in anticipation.
By Thursday, four fluffy ducklings had hatched, much to everyone’s delight! 🐥 The joy quickly spread beyond Year 1, with pupils from across the school visiting during break time to see the ducklings, observe their first wobbly steps, and marvel at how quickly they are growing.
The ducklings have certainly enjoyed the sunshine and the exploring the school grounds this week!
