Hampton Court House bus service partnering with Vectare

Hampton Court House will be partnering with Vectare, a specialist school transport management company, to assist us in the operation of our school bus service.

Vectare currently manage over two million school bus journeys each year and will be working with HCH to provide an efficient, safe and reliable service for Hampton Court House families who require a bus service option.

All bookings can be made via hamptoncourthouse.vectare.co.uk where you can use the interactive journey planner to find your nearest stop.

The system is available at any time, and travel can be booked up to two hours before departure. One-off journeys and changes to existing bookings can be managed easily through the “My Account” section.

With Vectare, you can see real-time seat availability, making it simple to book your child’s preferred route with confidence. This live view ensures you know immediately whether a seat is free, helping you plan transport quickly and efficiently.

Parents also benefit from real-time updates: you will receive an alert when your child boards the coach and can track the journey through the parent portal. This provides reassurance that your child is safely on their way, as well as a clear idea of when they will arrive.
