Our fees are effective from 1st September 2026.
Our opening hours are 8:30am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday, and the Nursery operates for 33 weeks each year. Our minimum attendance is 3 full days. Nursery fees are exempt of VAT.

A place at our Nursery is subject to payment of our non-refundable registration fee of £180. A £1,800 deposit is also required upon acceptance of your child’s place and is returned to you when they leave Hampton Court House, provided a terms notice has been given.
Lunch is available daily at an additional cost of £330.00 per term for 5 days a week.
Early Years Funded Entitlement (EYFE) policy
What is Early Years Funded Entitlement?
All 3 and 4 year olds can access 15 hours of free early education entitlement a week from the term after they turn 3. This is known as the universal entitlement. Hampton Court House only offer this type of funding.

Our nursery is open during term only, for 33 weeks each year.

The following applies to fully funded places:
- A minimum of 5 morning sessions is required in Nursery.
- No requirement to access additional paid-for hours or take up paid for services such as lunches, consumables, extra classes and trips etc.
- No registration fee for EYFE sessions.
- A deposit of £1,800 is required, this will be refunded within 2 weeks of your child leaving the nursery.
- Should you wish to withdraw your child, you are required to give 4 weeks written notice for EYFE sessions. Non EYFE sessions require a term’s notice in line with our terms and conditions.
Accessing Early Years Entitlement
The provision of Early Years Funded Entitlement (EYFE) includes delivery of early years education and childcare, and we deliver this in line with the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Parents/carers will be required to complete a Parent Declaration form before they begin accessing their EYFE at Hampton Court House.
If your child misses EYFE sessions due to illness, holidays or any unplanned absence, these hours will not be available to at a later date. If HCH is unexpectedly closed during your child’s regularly scheduled EYFE sessions, due to illness or other unforeseen reason, we will offer these hours at an alternative time subject to availability and where reasonable.
Additional Services
If parents only want to use EYFE, there will be no additional charges, but they can choose to pay extra for the following services:
- Morning club and Prep and Play club
- Lunches
- Trips and, outings and extra classes
- Additional hours – these are subject to availability
