A place at our Nursery is subject to payment of our non-refundable registration fee of £150. A £1,800 deposit is also required upon acceptance of your child’s place and is returned to you when they leave Hampton Court House, provided a terms notice has been given.
Lunch is available daily at an additional cost of £330.00 per term for 5 days a week.
Government funding only covers the basic cost of delivering childcare within the required staff-to-child ratios. However, it does not fully cover the total cost of a nursery place, as our setting provides a range of additional services and enhancements. Government guidance allows for additional charges to cover such extras. Therefore, we apply an ‘Extras and Essentials’ fee to sessions that include funded hours. This ensures we can continue to offer the high standard of care and early education your child receives.
The ‘Extras and Essentials’ fee includes but is not limited to:
- Nursery supplies including nappies, wipes, and creams
- Extracurricular activities such as swimming and dance lessons
- Additional staffing beyond standard ratios to enrich the children’s experience
- Special activities that require extra resources, such as arts and crafts
- Forest School
- Administration costs
- Access to our parent app
- As well as all those little extras that make our nurseries so special
We therefore ask parents to pay for these with our consumables charge, called an ‘Extras and Essentials’ fee. This ensures that the quality of care and service we offer is protected for all our children and parents.
The fees above show the amount you will need to pay for your child’s place. This is a combination of funded hours, ‘Extras and Essentials’ charges in relation to your child’s booking pattern, and sessions
that are not covered by Government funding.
