Our distinctive and award-winning Preparing for Life Sixth Form encompasses a strand of, and within that is our programme of Executive Coaching, which we launched this week. Led by Jo, Executive Career Coach, students engaged in an all day workshop focused on leadership, different styles of leadership, coaching and personal development, with discussion around students strengths, goals, values and skills. We are incredibly grateful to Jo for this insightful session, and students look forward to commencing on their 1:1 follow up coaching appointments in the coming weeks.
