Kieran is a musician, writer and teacher who graduated from St John’s College, Cambridge, where he was a choral scholar. Before this he studied at the Royal College of Music Junior Department, where he was the first ever singer to win the Angela Bull Memorial Prize for final year musicians.

As a singer he has toured the world, singing in many of the world’s major concert halls such as the Concertgebouw (Amsterdam), the Herkulesaal (Munich) and the Suntory Hall (Tokyo). In London he has sung with the LSO and the Royal Opera, under the batons of Sir Tony Pappano, Valery Gergiev and Daniel Harding.

Kieran is interested in a very wide range of music. Whilst at Cambridge, he wrote two dissertation theses on indie music. Today he writes music and performs with his band Strange Boy. Kieran enjoys sharing his love of contemporary music.

Kieran teaches music to all pupils in Years 5 to 13.
