Our Year 9 and 10 footballers had an electrifying adventure as they plunged into the vibrant history of the beautiful game during an unforgettable tour of Madrid, the legendary city of Champions League heroes! They stepped onto the hallowed grounds of the iconic Bernabéu, home to the mighty Real Madrid, and marvelled at the stunning Atlético Madrid Metropolitano stadium. With three exhilarating training sessions led by the talented U15 Real Madrid coaches, our students developed their skills and soaked up the thrill of witnessing Real Madrid clash with Valencia in a nail-biting La Liga title showdown! Rising to the occasion, they showcased their determination and talent, securing an astounding 62 victory against local Spanish rivals on a balmy Saturday evening. But the excitement didn’t stop there! To cap off this incredible journey, our young footballers enjoyed a day filled with laughter and thrills at the Warner Bros theme park, perfectly blending their passion for football with unforgettable moments of joy and adventure!
