Joiners’ Information

We are delighted to welcome both you and your children to Hampton Court House.

I would like to introduce you to the Lower Years form teachers:

Caroline WeisBA MA
  • Year 1 Form Tutor

Julie RomieuMA
  • Year 4 Form Tutor

Caroline CourcierMA
  • Year 3 Form Teacher

Aurore DuvolletBA MA
  • Year 5 Form Tutor

Although your children will be taught by some subject specialists over the course of the day, they will begin and end the day with the form teachers, and the form teachers should be your first point of contact with any questions you may have.

Shortly before the start of term you will be sent a copy of the timetable and an Almanack. The Almanack contains the term diary and useful information about day-to-day school life.

The Joiners’ Booklet contains a lot of useful information, but here are a few highlights particular to the Lower Years.

There is no uniform for children; however we would like the children to be dressed conservatively.

Boys
dark trousers or jeans
cotton shirt or polo shirt
pullover or cardigan
navy tracksuit (only to be worn on the day of sports lesson)
leather shoes
white trainers
long sleeved waterproof apron

Girls
dress, skirt or trousers
blouse

navy tracksuit (only to be worn on day of sports lesson)
leather shoes

long sleeved waterproof apron

We request that your children do not have bright or large logos or cartoon designs on any of the clothes they wear to school. It is a good idea for all clothes to have name tags. A change of clothes is also an advisable insurance against the unpredictability of British weather.

Pupils from Year 2 onwards should bring a simple pencil case to school containing:
