Raya has always been passionate about teaching and has been doing so privately and at St. James’ Prep School, Kensington, where she is a visiting piano teacher, since 2013. Her teaching methods are based on the Russian School of Piano Playing and incorporate valuable techniques as solfeggio, sight-reading, improvisation and history of music.

In her spare time, Raya likes reading, travelling and spending time with her family.
