Rachel Bowles

  • Head of School Development (Deputy DSL)

As Head of School Development, Rachel is responsible for the strategic and operational
development of the school. Rachel oversees the school’s public facing strategy in order to best raise the profile of HCH; this includes marketing and admissions as well as outreach, alumni development etc. Rachel also oversees the functions of the school reception and admin teams. In addition, she is a member of the safeguarding team to ensure a robust strategy for the school’s online safety and oversees the remit for the PA to the Headmaster.
Rachel is a CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection) Ambassador for the National Crime Agency. Before working at Hampton Court House, Rachel worked for over a decade in Marketing, Recruitment and Widening Participation in the Higher Education Sector. Rachel has a love of the creative arts and in her spare time writes film and television reviews as well as plays. She has performed in several amateur dramatic groups in the local area and has previously taught acting and singing to children and young people as well as tutoring those preparing for their London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art exams. Rachel lives in Hampton with her husband and young children.
