HCH children raise £4,658 for Action Against Hunger

Friday 10th June was a sporty day at Hampton Court House. Children from Nursery to Year 4 ran as many 200 metre laps as they could for an admirable cause: Run Against Hunger.

The run is organised alongside the registered charity Action Against Hunger. Every year for the last 18 years, Run Against Hunger has helped schools to raise awareness of world hunger and malnutrition and has mobilised students to become a part of the fight to end it.

This year, thanks to the children’s effort and commitment, they raised £4,658 which will help to finance programmes supporting children and their families in Haiti. Well done to all our runners and to their sponsors for their generous donations. A very HCH moment!
