Building Meaningful Connections: HCH Houses Support Chosen Charities

This morning, the four Houses – Garrick, Twining, Halifax, and Wright – came together during House Assembly for something truly special.  We had the privilege of hosting representatives from our chosen charities, Garrick’s Charity (Mind in Kingston) and Halifax’s charity (Growbaby), who shared with us about their incredible work and how our fundraising efforts will make a difference.

It was truly inspiring to learn about the impactful initiatives carried out by Mind in Kingston and Growbaby, and how they support our local community. From mental health advocacy to providing essential items for families in need, these charities are making a real difference in people’s lives.

As a school, we are committed to building a meaningful connection with our chosen charities and supporting them in every way we can. Our fundraising efforts throughout the year will go towards these worthy causes, and we are excited to see the positive impact we can make together.

At Hampton Court House, we believe in the power of giving back to our community and fostering a sense of social responsibility among our students. Through our partnership with Mind in Kingston and Growbaby, we aim to instil in our students the importance of empathy, compassion, and taking action to make a positive change in the world.

We are grateful to the representatives from Mind in Kingston and Growbaby for taking the time to share their stories and inspire us to make a difference. Their passion and dedication to their causes have motivated us to actively engage in fundraising efforts and contribute towards their meaningful work.

As a school community, we are united in our commitment to supporting these amazing charities and making a tangible impact on the lives of those in need. Together, we can create positive change and help build a better, more compassionate world.

Let’s continue to come together as a community and support these worthy causes. Follow us on social media for updates on our fundraising efforts and ways you can get involved!
